Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 tsp. Royal baking powder
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir
    whole
    wheat
    flour,
    unbleached\tflour, salt and baking powder together.
    Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Add
    milk all
    at
    once
    and stir vigorously until dough just stiffens
    up, then
    turn\tout
    on a lightly floured board and knead
    6
    times. Roll or pat out to thickness of 1/2-inch and cut
    out
    with
    a biscuit
    cutter.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.\tBake
    in
    450\u00b0 oven
    about 12 minutes.
    Serve hot for best taste.
