Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 chicken, cooked and diced
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown onion in butter.
In a large bowl, combine soups, broth and chilies.
Add diced chicken and mix.
Layer chicken mixture, cheese and tortillas in rectangular casserole dish until all ingredients have been used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
