Orange Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cut up frying chicken (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Dip chicken in orange juice and coat with crumb mixture.
    Put on lightly oiled foil-lined pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, dissolve bouillon in 1/2 cup boiling water and add last 2 ingredients and leftover orange juice, stirring until butter melts.
    Pour over chicken and bake.
    Baste frequently until done, approximately 30 to 45 minutes longer.
