Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. fresh or frozen strawberries
