Chicken And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small red potatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
    olive or salad oil
    salt
    1/4 (16 oz.) pkg. penne or corkscrew macaroni (1 1/2 c.)
    4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.), cut into 1-inch wide strips
    black pepper
    1 medium size lemon
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges (optional)
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut each potato in half.
    Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Roast 25 minutes or until golden and tender, turning with pancake turner.
