Turkey-How To Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. coarse crumbs
2/3 c. butter or oleo, melted
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. herbs (sage, thyme)
poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation

Add hot water
to
moisten
crumbs.
Place inside cavity and sew shut with string before roasting.
