Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno hot peppers
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
