Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. ribs
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    6 oz. soy sauce
    2 bottles barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. lime juice
Preparation
    The secret to good ribs is long, slow cooking.
    Grill ribs with coals as low as possible, gray.
    While ribs cook, mix remaining ingredients for basting sauce.
    Do not baste ribs until completely cooked and fat has cooked away, then ribs will act as a sponge.
    Total Cooking Time: 4 to 6 hours!
