Charcoal Broiled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine or wine vinegar
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients all together.
Add chicken and marinate 3 hours or longer.
Broil over charcoal for 10 minutes or until tender and juicy, basting with marinade.
Don't overcook.
