Snappy Green Beans("Pickled Green Beans") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. (4 qt.) whole green beans, cut 4 inches to fit jars
    3 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 1/2 tsp. dill seed
    7/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    7/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
    5 c. white vinegar
    5 c. water
    1/2 c. pickling salt
Preparation
    Pack beans into hot, sterilized jars.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed, 1/2 teaspoon dill seed, 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1/8 teaspoon minced garlic into each jar.
    Add beans.
