Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Use with blade roast, sirloin or London broil.
    Marinate overnight.
    Makes approximately 3 cups marinade.
    Store in the refrigerator.
