Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Cream butter; gradually add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs and banana.
In a separate dish, combine milk and lemon juice.
Slowly fold 1/4 flour, then 1/3 milk mixture to batter.
Repeat until flour and milk are mixed well into the batter.
Pour into bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
