Apple Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube margarine, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 apples, diced
    1 c. chopped nuts, if desired
Preparation
    Add to margarine the sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Fold into sugar mixture.
    Dice the apples (peeled) into dough.
    Add chopped nuts, if desired.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
