Grandma'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (with syrup)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Crisco oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat about 5 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to batter.
    Then add shredded carrots, flaked coconut, crushed pineapple with syrup and chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
