Salsa Piquante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) tomatoes, chopped
    fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped fine jalapeno (about 5)
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes a little more than a pint.
