Italian Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 chopped yellow onion
    1 small jar mushrooms
    Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.
    Drain fat and add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Philadelphia cream cheese and 1/2 cup water.
    Heat until melted and creamy.
    Place bread onto aluminum foil.
    Slice off top of French bread, hollow the middle of the bread.
    Layer 2 Mozzarella cheese slices into bottom of bread.
    Pour mixture into bread, place 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese slices over mixture and place bread top back on top.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Slice and serve with salad.
