Marinated Port Wine Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Port wine
    1/2 Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Port wine, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Place beef in marinade and marinate overnight (turning at least once).
    Grill meat over open flame or roast at 375\u00b0 until done.
