Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3 eggs, beaten well
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Set oven to 300\u00b0.
Cream butter and white sugar. Add beaten whole eggs. Add vanilla, vinegar and salt to mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
