Olive-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimento-stuffed small olives
Preparation
    Work cheese and flour together until crumbly.
    Add margarine and mix well with fork.
    (If dough seems dry, work with hands.) Mold 1 teaspoon or more of dough around each olive; shape into ball.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Cover and chill 1 hour or longer.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes about 3 dozen balls.
