Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Clean and puree strawberries in blender.
    Combine pureed berries, orange juice, lemon juice and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until mixture becomes thick and clear; stir constantly.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Add wine.
    Chill before serving.
    Serve in soup bowls with a dollop of dairy sour cream.
