Asian Roast Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless rolled pork
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic (more if desired)
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, marmalade (or apricot preserves), ketchup and crushed garlic.
Brush all over roast.
Place in slow cooker and pour remaining sauce over all.
Cover and cook all day on low, at least 10 hours.
(Cook on high 5 to 6 hours.)
