Millie'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rotini
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
    2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    2 c. tomato, diced
    3/4 c. grated carrot
    dash of salt and pepper
    8 oz. Italian dressing
    cubed Velveeta or American cheese (optional)
