Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or 3 (8 oz.) cans whole chiles
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Split chiles; remove seeds and rinse.
Alternate chilies, cheese, chiles in 3 layers.
Beat eggs, flour and salt.
Blend in evaporated milk.
Pour mixture over chiles and cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
