Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            8 to 10 medium zucchini, chopped or grated fine
 
2 small onions, chopped fine
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (save 1/2)
1 c. Bisquick
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
salt, pepper and dash of oregano
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
 
Sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
