Mandarin Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spread mustard over roast.
Cover with foil tent (do not seal completely) and bake at 325\u00b0 until tender, approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Drain oranges.
Save liquid and mix with next six ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
Add onion, pepper and oranges.
Spoon over roast and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 more minutes.
