Kid Tested Veggie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh vegetables (we used carrots slices and cauliflowerets)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brush bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of melted margarine.
    Beat egg and water with a fork in a shallow dish.
    Mix flour and salt in another dish.
    Dip vegetables into egg mixture and then roll in flour mixture to coat. Place in pan.
