Family Beef-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 lb. hamburger, cooked
1 can vegetable-beef soup
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Place a layer of potatoes and carrots alternately in a greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Place crumbled hamburger on top. Pour in soups.
Stir gently.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
