Chicken Parmigiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Progresso Italian bread crumbs
4 chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
1 slightly beaten egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of onion salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg, then crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn chicken; bake 15 minutes more or until tender.
Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and onion salt.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
Pour sauce over meat.
Top with cheese.
Return to oven to melt cheese.
Serves 4.
