Hungarian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, washed
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. hot paprika or regular paprika and add cayenne pepper
    4 c. water to start (add more as needed)
    1 Tbsp. chicken soup starter or 2 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Heat oil; add water and seasonings.
    Stir.
    Add chicken. Cover and simmer 2 hours.
    Remove chicken and cool.
    Remove meat from bones and cut into bite size pieces.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
