Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (29 oz.) cans tomatoes
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation

Pour boiling water over cabbage in bowl.
Let stand for several minutes to loosen leaves; drain.
Combine ground beef, rice, chopped onion, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.
