Bananas Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted (about 4 c.)
Preparation

Cream butter until fluffy.
Stir bananas and lemon juice; blend well.
Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency.
