Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can strained sauerkraut
    2 medium stalks celery, cut diagonally sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop sauerkraut into short pieces.
    Mix ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 24 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
