Cranberry Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Wash cranberries, then grind in food processor using a coarse blade.
Let cranberries stand overnight and drain.
Combine cranberries, marshmallows, pecans and pineapple; chill.
Just before serving, whip cream until stiff and fold into fruit.
Serve in bowl garnished with greens if desired.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
