Barbecue Chicken With A Twist - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut
1 medium onion
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
oregano
thyme
salt and pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
honey
basil
lemon pepper
Preparation

Boil chicken with onion on stove for 20 minutes.
Lightly season with salt and lemon pepper.
In a separate pot add can of stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Stir.
Add honey, oregano, basil, thyme, pinch of black pepper and salt.
Season to taste.
Let simmer for 15 minutes, then put chicken in a lasagne pan and cover with sauce.
Cook in oven (350\u00b0) for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with cabbage and brown rice.
