Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    dash of black pepper
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and pack into ring mold at leave overnight.
    Serve with strawberry preserves and crackers (Townhouse or Waverly). Put preserves in center of cheese ring after removing from mold. Spread cheese and preserves on crackers together.
    Delicious flavor.
