Light Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
    Chill thoroughly.
