Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    bacon fat
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in small amount of water.
    Drain.
    Saute celery, green peppers and onions in small amount of fat.
    Add to cabbage. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Combine cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
