Corned Beef Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corned beef
3 to 4 Tbsp. pickle relish
3 Tbsp. horseradish
mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix together, adding just enough mayonnaise to get it to stick together.
Roll in parsley.
Make it at least 24 hours before serving.
Great on pumpernickel or rye bread.
