14 Carat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple (drained) and nuts.
Bake in two 9-inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear. Cool a few minutes in pan. Turn out on wire rack.
