Range-Top Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add roast and brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
