Perky Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickles
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. dill pickle juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, rice, egg, pickles, celery, onion, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Shape meat into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Place in an 8 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan.
