Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. thin spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook spaghetti; drain; while hot, mix with margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix well.
Spread and press in 10-inch pie pan, well buttered.
Cook crumbled beef until browned.
Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over crust.
Spoon meat mixture on top of spaghetti crust.
Cover with sauce.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cover with Mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more. Let stand for 5 minutes; cut in wedges, then eat and enjoy.
