No Peek Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs
    well,
    add
    melted oleo, sugar, milk, flour, salt, baking
    powder,
    vanilla
    and desired amount of coconut. Mix all this together and pour into two 8-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes.
    You can also use chopped pecans instead of coconut.
