Kentucky Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white corn meal
    1 qt. sweet milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Separate 3 eggs.
    Scald milk and add meal gradually.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour a small amount over beaten egg yolks.
    Then add that mixture to the corn meal.
