Home Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. boneless spareribs, cut up
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ground mustard (I just use yellow mustard)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place half the ribs in a slow cooker. Top with half of the onion. Repeat layers. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until ribs are tender. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
