Carrot Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well blended.
Sift dry ingredients.
Stir into egg mixture; add carrots.
Spray 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
