Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape dough into small balls.
    Mix 3 tablespoons sugar with 3 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Shake dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes (cookies don't brown) at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 6 dozen.
