Janet'S Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads green cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1 medium or large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    celery seed
Preparation
    In a food processor shred cabbage.
    In a bowl place shredded cabbage, parsley and onions; mix and let stand in refrigerator 1 hour.
    Then add sugar, salt and vinegar.
    Sprinkle with celery seed and mix thoroughly.
    Keep refrigerated.
