Vegetable Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 c. broccoli florets
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 to 2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
    3 to 4 c. cooked linguine
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, combine the oil, water, broccoli and garlic. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and black pepper.
    Cook until tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, basil, pasta and cheese.
    Makes 3 servings.
