Pepperoni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) frozen bread roll
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. pepperoni
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Let bread thaw and rise.
    Cut in half.
    Mix egg and cheese. Roll out each half.
    Spread half of egg mixture onto dough.
    Lay out pepperoni and 1/2 of cheese.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Roll dough up jelly roll style.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
